[He knows that Johnny would hate it, though. Johnny was many terrible things, but he wanted people to be able to think and act for themselves. That idealogy was at his core. He would have hated the idea of taking over someone else's whole identity.]

Anyway, the other V's brain is whole. He got a shiny new body to live in. Means there's only one brain we gotta figure out how to fix at least.

Could look into it. Know V's got some healing mojo going on. Pulled me right back into sobriety when I was drunk off my ass once already. Son of a bitch.

[It's not exactly 'early on' for Kerry. He's watched V deteriorate and refuse to talk about it for the last six months. It's gotten so bad back home that even Kerry, who knows he's notoriously self centered, has noticed.]

Anyway. We'll figure something out. Just barely appeared on this rock, after all, and there's still plenty left to learn.

Yeah, 'cept there isn't exactly an explanation for the 'new body' part of it. You gonna think to send your inquiry to the government here or something? See how that plays out for you?

[His tone suggests that Johnny absolutely will not be doing that himself - not that he expects it was Kerry's first choice, either.]
